Da, vara s-a instalat de cateva zile bune. E placuta temperatura asta numai daca esti in vacanta si te refugiezi undeva in munti sau pe o plaja pustie, la mare. Desi sunt nascuta in plina vara, trebuie sa recunosc ca am probleme mari in acest anotimp, tocmai din cauza caldurii excesive. Imi pierd lipsa de concentrare foarte usor, ma simt foarte obosita si molesita, am dureri de cap si imi obosesc foarte rau ochii. Summer is not my thing at all. Dar, pe langa toate aceste inconveniente, e un lucru care ma incanta, vara pierd foarte usor kilogramele acumulate iarna.</span></span><br />

In cazul in care ai de mers foarte mult pana la serviciu, da-te jos cu o statie mai inainte si mergi pe jos cateva minute, admira orasul, oamenii, peisajul citadin, mai ales in acest sezon minunat. Curata foarte bine dantura, nu mi se pare ca albeste dintii, asa cum spun anumite persoane, insa ii curata in profunzime, mai ales daca folosim si tehnica de periaj corespunzatoare. Acest lucru mi-a fost recomandat de catre stomatolog, avand in vedere ca si ei folosesc tehnica AirFlow, metoda care consta in pulverizarea, cu presiune mare, a unui jet de aer, cristale speciale de bicarbonat de sodiu cu diverse arome si apa. Deci este 100% non-invaziv. </span></div>

De data asta am ales Parcul din Padurea Trivale pentru ca aici temperatura este cu cel putin 2,3 grade mai scazuta fata de restul orasului. Este locul perfect pentru refugierea de soare.</span></div>
